Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping
Silver Noct offers free worldwide shipping on all orders via Österreichische Post.

Austria: 2 to 3 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
International: 10 to 20 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Silver Noct has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Silver Noct is not responsible for delays caused by Österreichische Post or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@silvernoct.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Silver Noct is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
